Gail Herrington is a California native. She earned her business degree, with a specialty in Real Estate, from California State University, Northridge. In addition to real estate sales, purchases, and property management, she has first-hand experience into adjacent areas such as lending and investment management. A uniquely qualified Broker, she aims to suit client needs. Gail has experience helping people get into their first home and also helping to get others into their dream home. On the other hand, she is there for those requiring a business partner capable of creating strategic plans, analyzing the market, and managing financial growth.

Gail appreciates the needs of those looking for a cherished family home. She has an innate understanding for the needs f her clients and is strongly committed her goals.

Sam was born in Southern California and currently lives in Hermosa Beach. She earned a BA in Communications from Boise State University. Sam is a big sports fan, having began her career in sports industry operations and marketing for programs such as the Boise State Broncos, Montana State Bobcats, and Kansas City Chiefs. She brings her new-age marketing and sales expertise to the HRG team and `can’t wait to help make your dream home a reality.

Andrew is a lifetime Southern California resident. He currently resides in Redondo Beach with his wife and two children. Andrew began his career in the travel industry, serving as captain on world-class corporate jets. He has an inherent love for the South Bay region and its unique real estate. Andrew is professional, approachable and is ready to offer insight into the buying or selling transaction.

Richard grew up in Southern California and attended UC Santa Barbara. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his M.B.A. from USC. Richard brings his extensive financial background to the HRG team to make your real estate transaction a good investment.

Joanne was born and raised on the Central Coast of California. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Cal Poly SLO with a concentration in appraisal and real estate. She currently resides in Carmel with her husband and two children.
